Mother's Day challenge

Welcome to another challenge over at Exploring Cricut.  This week's challenge is to create a project that celebrates Mother's Day, your project can be a card, layout, or other papercraft.  The only rule is to use cricut cuts on your project.  This week we are also adding a blog hop.  If you are participating in the blog hop you should have come from Rae Ann's blog.

Now for my project.  I decided to create a card for my mom.
I started with a standard base of 5.5x4.25.  Added a pattern paper from a Die Cuts With a View stack.  My  cricut cuts came from the Spring Cottage cartridge.
Branch at 2.85"
Bird and layer at 2.85"
I then added a blue sparkle for the eye.
Thanks for joining me for this week's challenge.  I can't wait to see what you come up with.  Don't forget to link your project on the Exploring Cricur site.  Now head on over to Annette's blog to see what she has in store for you!

  1. I like the Clean & Simple CAS look of this with the bird/branch image. I just recently used my Spring Cottage cartridge for first time for a Mother's Day card.
