Welcome one and all! Today for my project I'm sharing one of the birthday cards that I made for one of the little girls at church. Today is her 3rd birthday and she is the sweetest little girl.
For my project I used the cartridge Twinkle Toes. I cut all elements of the dancing mouse at 4.06" I used whisper, cotton candy, smoothie, and black cardstock, the pattern paper is a scrap piece from my stash. The Happy Birthday stamp is from the Joyful Birthday stamp set and is stamped in cotton candy ink. I added lime green sparkles from Michael's.
Thanks for visiting and viewing my project today. Don't forget to check back on Monday for a new challenge!!!

Happy Father's Day Challenge
Welcome to another challenge for Exploring Cricut. Today's challenge is to create a layout, card, or other paper craft in honor of our father for Father's Day.
This time last year we were making plans to celebrate Father's Day with Dad as soon as he was feeling better. We had no clue that he would be dead in less than a month. I thought about not participating in this challenge, but I figured this was the best time to do a project to honor Dad!
For my project I used the cartridge Florals Embellished to cut the birds. They were cut at 3".
I used parts of the song "Wind Beneath My Wings" by Bette Midler.
I love this song and it says how I feel about my dad perfectly. He did everything for my brother and I. I don't know if I ever told him how thankful I was that he was my dad, but I think he knew.

New puppy
Welcome to another daily project for Exploring Cricut. As my loyal readers know I lost my Ella this February, and the only thing keeping me going for the last couple months has been knowing I could get another puppy once I got out of school for the summer. Graduation was May 17 and I traveled to Western Kentucky with a friend on May 18. I figured I'd held up to my end of the deal. Granted as a teacher I still had one day of Professional Development that I needed to do, so she went with me. You can tell by the picture she loved school as much as the students.
For my project today I decided to make a shadow box. I used the 5x7 hinged shadowbox from Close to My Heart as different patterns from the Dotty for You paper.
I used the following cartridges and cuts
Gypsy Wandering:"Girl" at 1.47"
Home Decor: flower at 1.59"
Paisley: Paisley at 3.47" (I used all the different layers for this design)
Lyrical Letters (Loop Dee Loo) at 1.67" and welded together using the Gypsy.
On the flower I used a lavender "stickles" from Studio G and I used a small cream pearl (CTMH) on the flower of "Girl" and to dot the "i" of Allie.
I used the same "stickles" on the heart of the paisley and an orange flower from Michaels.
Allie and I thank you for visiting our blog today and don't forget the new challenge that starts on Monday!

We all Scream for Ice Cream
Welcome to another challenge for Exploring Cricut. This week's challenge is to create a card, layout, or other paper craft using the theme of ice cream.
Who doesn't love ice cream! It just screams summer time! My project for this challenge is a card I created for my child that I'm praying for for my church's Elijah project.
For this project I used the cartridges Sweet Treats and Ashlyn's Alphabet.
The sundae and all the pieces were cut from the cartridge Sweet Treats at 5"
"You're Sweet" was cut from Ashlyn's Alphabet at 1" and welded together using the Gypsy.
I added liquid glass to the sundae glass to make it look like an old silver sundae glass.
Thanks for visiting don't forget to link your project to the Exploring Cricut site. Happy crafting!
